This was inspired by a visit to Disney in Florida and the Dole Whip Ice Cream stand.
3/4 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of lime juice
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 cans of Dole Pineapple juice 6 oz (total 1.5 cups)
1 pint of half and half
Mix with a blender the sugar, lime, lemon, and pineapple until the sugar has dissolved.
Then add on low the half and half, mixing until unified, then fine strain into ice cream maker.
Run for 25 minutes or so, do not over mix.
Transfer to a plastic container and cover, and freeze to harden and ripen.
